Runz is a last-mile delivery and errand-running platform designed to streamline everyday logistics for individuals and businesses. The UI/UX redesign focuses on creating an intuitive, end-to-end service experience, covering everything from booking and route selection to live tracking and order completion, enabling fast, flexible, and reliable service.

The primary objective for Runz was to design a scalable web application that streamlines operations, expands audience reach, lowers costs, and accelerates overall operational speed. Achieving this required navigating three major hurdles: integrating third-party APIs and optimizing legacy systems without degrading performance, meeting tight project deadlines while ensuring high quality, and managing limited resources and dependencies on external teams to maintain project momentum.

Delivery agents completed tasks more efficiently, and users appreciated the real-time visibility into their orders. The design enabled Runz to position itself as a flexible, scalable solution for last-mile logistics challenges.
